Can you please tell me a little bit about my Cholesterol test results? My Cholerserol = 253. HDL = 47. Cholesterok/HDL Ratio = 5.38 Low Density Pipoprotein = 168. Triglyceride = 189. From what I understand, some of the results aren t good but what do they really mean? Thank you.
Your tests are mildly abnormal cholesterol should be <200 hundred and your HDL is slightly low you're LDL is slightly high but that you did not tell me you're wt and Your habits if you have risk factors of smoking and obesity if none then mild problem which can be corrected by changes in lifestyle low calorie nutritional diet and losing weight exercise but if you have any risk factors then you may need a special treat which I can tell you once you give me your wt and if you have any it is factors of smoking what any other conditions at present I can tell you you do not you do not need any medications for controlling cholesterol so please provide more information about your age weight and risk factors then I can help you more thank you
